Configurations for washing and decoating
Configuration 134A
Separate modules guarantee optimal washing results without any carryover of the liquids. At the beginning of the line, the printing ink is efficiently washed out. Thanks to the autonomous de-coating module, the customer has full control over the chemical products. The intermediate modules make sure that the chemical reaction times are complied with. The fact that the screens are de-coated in a closed circuit system allows achieving significant savings of water. Fresh water is used for the rinsing process. The inspection cabin at the end of the treatment line is ideal for final checking.
The maximum speed is 1000mm/min (40 inch/min)
Configuration 134B

Configurations for developing
Configuration 135A
A fresh water connection ensures the supply of all modules. The fact that only fresh water is used reduced the maintenance requirements to an absolute minimum. The inspection cabin at the end of the track is ideal for the final checking of the screens.
The maximum speed is 400mm/min (16 inch/min)
Configuration 135B
A fresh water connection ensures the supply of all modules. The fact that only fresh water is used reduced the maintenance requirements to an absolute minimum. At the end of the line, the screens pass through the air blower module and can then be removed without dripping.
The maximum speed is 400mm/min (16 inch/min)
Configuration 135C
Two developing modules for a faster and more intensive cleaning. The circulation tank with a capacity of 250 liters allows a highly ecologic multiple use of the water.A pressure increase of up to 100bar is possible without increasing the water consumption. The checking of the screens is carried out directly in the inspection cabin at the end of the treatment line.
The maximum speed is 1000mm/min (40 inch/min)
Configuration 135D
Two developing modules for a faster and more intensive cleaning. The circulation tank with a capacity of 250 liters allows a highly ecologic multiple use of the water.A pressure increase of up to 100bar is possible without increasing the water consumption. At the end of the line, the screens are taken through the air blower module and can then be taken off without dripping.
The maximum speed is 1000mm/min (40 inch/min)
